Thank you for your interest in the StarreDesign affiliate program! These Terms are a binding agreement between you and StarreDesign. If you have questions, please contact amelia@starredesign.com.

To participate in the affiliate program, you must complete an application and be approved. You will then be automatically approved for any other products that exist in the program, as well as any products added in the future.

Once you have been accepted, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard in Thrivecart. Through the dashboard, you can access your pre-generated links with your unique affiliate ID.

You will receive a 30% commission for sales of any applicable products through your affiliate link. No commissions will be given for clicks or views. For a sale to generate an affiliate commission, the customer must complete the order form and pay for the product. If a refund for the product is given, no affiliate commission will be given.

You will be paid via PayPal on the 1st of every month. You are responsible for providing the correct PayPal email address and keeping it updated if it changes.

You agree to fulfill any requests for necessary tax information in order to maintain an affiliate relationship with StarreDesign.

You may not make purchases from StarreDesign with your own affiliate link. Any purchases made with your own link will have commissions removed. We understand that mistakes happen; however, repeated instances of making purchases using your own affiliate link may result in removal from the affiliate program.

You are acting as an independent contractor of StarreDesign. StarreDesign is not responsible for paying any benefits, Worker's Compensation, insurance, unemployment fees, etc to you.

This agreement begins when you join the affiliate program and ends when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason, at any time. Upon termination of the agreement, you must cease use of any affiliate links and materials provided in connection with this affiliate program.

StarreDesign will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the affiliate program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under to this agreement.

StarreDesign makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the affiliate program. Additionally, StarreDesign offers no representation that the operation of the websites or the affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and StarreDesign cannot be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Any failure of StarreDesign to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement.

If any provisions of this agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they will be severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

By signing up for the StarreDesign affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read this page and agree to its terms and conditions.
